DELIVERY

ST. CLAIR ships worldwide.

Orders are typically dispatched on the next working day following purchase. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 1–2 working days.

Please note that lead times for Pre-Order items will vary and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

UK DELIVERY

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £5

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

United States

Orders to the USA are shipped using Royal Mail's PDDP (Prepaid Duties and Taxes) service.

USA (7–10 working days) – £20

All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, meaning there are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

DHL Express

Europe (2–5 working days) – £30

Switzerland (2–3 working days) – £35

Australia (3–5 working days) – £40

Rest of World (3–5 working days) – £40

For DHL shipments, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and may be payable upon import. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused, customs charges are not paid, or a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, any shipping charges, return costs, duties, taxes and customs fees incurred by ST. CLAIR will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

UK Exchanges are complimentary.

UK Returns for Refund: A £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using a ST. CLAIR returns label.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Request a Return through our website using your order number and email address.
Select whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Pack your item securely and attach the return label provided.
Fill out the Returns Form included in your package (you can download and print it if you did not receive this. CLICK HERE )
Take your parcel to your local Post Office or Royal Mail Drop-Off Point.

UK return labels generated by ST. CLAIR are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.

If arranging your own return, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. ST. CLAIR cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Please allow 2–5 working days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

Items returned outside of the 14-day return period may be eligible for a credit note at ST. CLAIR's discretion.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

Returned within 14 days of receipt
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
In their original packaging
Returned with all tags attached

ST. CLAIR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is faulty.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

When returning an order from outside the UK, please include:

A copy of your original invoice (or a note containing your name, contact details and order number)
A customs declaration stating that the goods are "Returning to Country of Origin"

This must be clearly marked on the airway bill and customs documentation to avoid import duties and taxes being charged.

ST. CLAIR cannot be held responsible for additional charges arising from incorrectly completed customs paperwork. Any costs incurred by ST. CLAIR will be deducted from the refund amount.
